Rooney is a criminal, thief, and con man, he runs a ghost blog and a fan of Zak's Rabbid blog due to how stupid it is, he is usually portrayed as the antagonist or is usually portrayed as doing something with monetary gain.

Rooney is tall, skinny, and lanky; he has blue eyes and short red hair, he also wears a blue vest with pins over a dark blue shirt with a light blue eye logo on it. He has ripped jeans, brown shoes, and bowser like bracelets.

Rooney is very greedy with his antics usually relating to him gaining cash, he is also very selfish only thinking about himself in the many appearances he is also airheaded not thinking about the consequences from his actions which could be why he is insecure, poof of this is seen in the episode Ghost-Rabbid where he says "Patience, a ghost hunter never gives up, even if no one believes him" and in Robber Rabbid where he calls himself a loser.
Appearances[]
In his first appearance No Costume For A Rabbid, He has a brief cameo as a generic robber where he is seen wearing a rabbit mask, he trips over a Rabbid causing him to lose his mask, he ends up running away anyway.
He returns in Ghost-Rabbid, He mistakes a glowing Rabbid for a ghost and tries to capture it using the Phantomizer but fails thanks to Zak.
In Robber Rabbid, He is in a car chase from the police after robbing a bank out of its gold, he runs over a robin hood and loses his gold because of it; He then calls himself a loser but regains his gold after Nerdy Rabbid sweeps it out of the yellow submarine.
In Rabbid Mutation, He mutates a Rabbid using a power drink all to his advantage, that is until it attacks him due to his underwear breaking, He is then attacked again by two other mutated Rabbids.
In Garden Rabbid, Rooney sells the frozen Rabbids as garden gnomes and plans to steal them again to sell them to somebody else. He is also shown to have fast reflexes when attacked.
In Rabbid Kitty Business, Rooney's blog gets famous after he posts several videos of a Rabbid dressed up like a cat in the submarine.
In The Attack of the Rabbid Flies, He is seen recording the Rabbid Flies causing destruction.
In The Three Rabbid-Teers, He is seen getting arrested before the Rabbid-teers stop the police from doing so, however, he is then stopped by the Rabbid-teers and is then arrested.

At first, Rooney thought nothing much of Zak with his stupid blog and all, but he now sees him as an obstacle and an annoyance

Rooney sees the Rabbids as leverage for his hair brain schemes to get rich as seen in the episode like Rabbid Kitty Business

- His model is an alteration of Zak's model sharing his nose, head, and skinny body however thanks to the major modifications to his design he doesn't look like a complete clone
- Rooney owns his blog, from the two appearances of it the blog it seems to be a general blog with no surrounding theme
- Rooney is one of the few characters to own a legitimate weapon, that being the Phantomizer
- While his name isn't said outright through the entire season, it's mentioned in both the Netflix bio for Rabbid Kitty Business and in the end credits
- When Rooney's approached by a group of angry Rabbids he mutters several words, according to the Netflix subtitles one of those words are damn, making Rooney the only character in the show to canonically swear
